About Kristin Trenum

Northern VA native, Kristin Trenum is a highly motivated realtor who prides herself on knowing all of the area's hidden gems. Kristin’s interest in real estate developed while working as an interior designer and home stager. As an agent, she's well-versed in getting your home market-ready and creating maximum selling potential. She knows how to spot opportunities in often overlooked properties and advises her clients on which renovations can turn an outdated home into a dream home. Her professionalism, creativity, and tenacity are some of the many reasons her clients love working with her. She believes success is measured by the strength of her relationships. Kristin is a GMU graduate. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she spent many years in the legal field working as a paralegal where she honed her skill of contract review. Kristin's attention to detail is unsurpassed. After spending more than twenty years in Loudoun County, she moved out to the country and currently resides in Lawnvale Estates with her two kids and their Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, and Saint Bernard.
